Description
Lionstar glanced at the ledge, then back to the impending cats. Now what? Am I just supposed to grow wings and--his thoughts were interrupted by the whistling of wind in his ears. The ledge that he had been standing on had gave way to his weight. Now he was tumbling, plummeting down to the cold earth. His head brushed the grass, and his world was engulfed in a sea of black.
Lionstar awoke in a beautiful, starry field. In front of him was a cat, stars woven into her shimmering pelt. Her face was familiar..., "Leafdapple?" The leader mewed. The starry cat smiled and nodded. Lionstar's eyes filled with tears, "Leafdapple! I missed you so much!" He ran up to her, nuzzling her and drinking in her sweet scent. The starry cat purred,
"I missed you too, my love."
